Over two-thirds of the land in the community (about 13 acres) has been set aside as an ecological preserve. The lots are currently divided into six one-acre parcels on approximately six acres of arable land (Lots A-F), and one four-acre plot on the hill overlooking the community (Lot G).

Casa Llanta requires that each structure is fully sustainable (“off grid”), generating its own power from the wind and/or sun, treating its own waste through grey/black water systems, and catching its own rainfall.

The lots range from $25,000-$40,000 with incentives for those who begin building within the first six months of purchase and complete their structures within one calendar year of breaking ground.  Please contact Casa Llanta for exact pricing details.
